Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealtorPool ("Platform", "Service") at https://realtorpool.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users including guests, registered buyers/tenants, registered agents, and administrators.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use RealtorPool only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system
• Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the availability or security of the Platform
• Circumvent admin moderation or approval processes

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering. Fake or impersonation accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post a listing.
• One person may hold one account. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not allowed.
• We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these Terms at any time.

4. Listings Policy

• Approval required: All new listings are reviewed by our admin team before going live. We may reject listings that are incomplete, inaccurate, or violate our policies.
• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing content — title, description, photos, price, and location.
• Ownership/Authority: By posting a listing, you confirm that you own the property or have been authorised by the owner to list it.
• Photos: You must have rights to all images you upload. Do not use copyrighted photos without permission.
• Updates: Edited listings are reset to Pending status and re-reviewed before going live again.
• Prohibited listings: Illegal properties, encroached land, fraudulent time-shares, and properties in legal disputes may not be listed.

5. Inquiries & Leads

• Buyer/tenant inquiries submitted on the Platform are shared with the property lister. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to this.
• RealtorPool is a platform — we do not participate in, negotiate, or guarantee any transaction between users.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any deal, negotiation, or dispute between buyers and sellers.

6. Intellectual Property

The RealtorPool brand, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of RealtorPool and protected under applicable law.

By posting content (listings, photos, descriptions) on the Platform, you grant RealtorPool a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

You retain ownership of your content. This licence ends when you delete your listing or account (subject to reasonable archival periods).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RealtorPool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That listings are accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform
• That any property transaction will be successful or satisfactory
• The identity or reliability of any user on the Platform

Use the Platform at your own risk. Always conduct your own due diligence before any property transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtorPool and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Losses arising from fraudulent listings or transactions between users
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand) or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is less.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and your data processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
